These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through AHF Collection. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Products and availability
AHF Collection sells unstitched clothing and fabric products. We make reasonable efforts to display product details, colours, pricing and availability accurately. Orders remain subject to stock availability and order verification.
Prices, delivery and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Standard delivery is Rs. 200 per order throughout Pakistan. Cash on delivery is available only in Muridke when the goods total after discounts is Rs. 1,999 or more, excluding delivery. Other orders require an available advance-payment method shown at checkout. Manual payment orders are processed after payment can be verified.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout sends us your order request. We may contact you when information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, stock has changed, or another issue prevents fulfilment. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
Shipping, returns and exchanges
Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Return and exchange eligibility, including the requirement that fabric remain unused, unwashed and uncut, is described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Please review your details before placing an order so we can deliver and contact you without unnecessary delay.
