AHF Collection is an online store based in Muridke, Pakistan, selling unstitched fabric from Sapphire, Limelight, Bareeze, Safa Noor, Saya, Mahira, Alkaram and other partner brands. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data only where it’s needed to run the store and serve you:
- Order and checkout data — name, phone number, delivery address, email, and the items and amount of your order, collected when you place an order through WooCommerce.
- Account data — if you create an account, we store your name, email, and order history so you can view past orders under My Account.
- Contact data — if you reach us through our contact form, email, or WhatsApp, we see whatever you send us (name, contact details, and your message) so we can reply.
- Comments — if you leave a comment on a blog post, we collect the data shown in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user agent to help with spam detection.
Your wishlist is a special case: it’s saved only in your own browser’s local storage, not on our servers. We never see or store your wishlist selections, and clearing your browser data clears it too.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp, respond to questions you send us, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.
Payments
Within Muridke, you can pay Cash on Delivery when the goods total after discounts is at least Rs. 1,999, excluding the Rs. 200 delivery charge, in which case we only collect your name, address and phone number to complete delivery. For every other city in Pakistan, orders are paid in advance through a local Pakistani payment gateway or a direct bank transfer. When you pay through a payment gateway, your card or account details are entered directly with that gateway or your bank — we do not receive or store your full card number or banking credentials on our own servers.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential store functions only: keeping items in your cart, keeping you logged in to your account, and remembering your session at checkout. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or advertising cookie on this site. If you leave a comment and opt in to saving your name, email and website, that information is stored in a cookie for your convenience for up to one year.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share the minimum data needed to fulfil your order with: our courier partner (name, address, phone number, to deliver your parcel) and, for advance-payment orders, the payment gateway or bank you choose to pay through. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Order data is kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal record-keeping. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Comment data is retained so we can recognise follow-up comments automatically.
Your Rights Over Your Data
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we’re required to keep for accounting or legal reasons. If you have an account, you can view and edit most of your own information directly under My Account. For anything else, email contact@ahfcollection.com.
