Our shipping policy covers everything you need to know about how and when your AHF Collection order reaches you, anywhere in Pakistan.
AHF Collection Shipping Policy Overview
This shipping policy explains exactly how AHF Collection prepares, dispatches and delivers every order placed on the site, from the moment you check out to the moment the parcel reaches your door. We built this page so you never have to guess: processing times, delivery windows, payment, costs and what happens if something goes wrong are all covered below, city by city where it matters.
Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation, under our standard shipping policy. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day, so an order placed Saturday evening typically ships Monday. During major sale periods, such as our Summer Clearance Sale, processing can occasionally run to the upper end of that window because of order volume — we’d rather take the extra few hours to pack each order correctly than rush it.
Delivery Time Across Pakistan
Within Muridke — 1–2 working days
Rest of Pakistan — 3–5 working days
This shipping policy applies to every order placed on AHF Collection, whether you’re in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad or a smaller town. Orders are packed in tamper-evident bags and handed to our courier partner the same day they’re dispatched, so tracking updates usually appear within a few hours of confirmation. Remote areas outside major courier networks may occasionally take a day or two longer than the estimate above — our team will let you know if that applies to your address.
Shipping Costs and Payment
Delivery costs a flat Rs. 200 per order throughout Pakistan, including Muridke. Free shipping is not offered.
Cash on Delivery is available within Muridke only, with a minimum goods total of Rs. 1,999 after discounts, excluding delivery. For every other city in Pakistan, orders are confirmed with advance payment — through a local Pakistani payment gateway or a direct bank transfer — before dispatch. This is the same Muridke / rest-of-Pakistan split used for delivery times above, and it’s shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive confirmation with tracking details by email or SMS. You can also follow your order any time under My Account → Orders, where the current courier status is updated automatically as it moves through the network. If you can’t locate your tracking details, our contact page lists the fastest way to reach us, and we can look up the status directly using your order number.
Delays and What Causes Them
Deliveries may occasionally be affected by weather, courier backlogs, or public holidays. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically retry the next working day before the order is returned to us, at which point we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. Do You Ship Outside Pakistan?
At this time, our shipping policy covers domestic delivery across Pakistan only. We’re frequently asked about international shipping, and it’s something we’re actively looking into — if that changes, this page will be updated first, so it’s worth checking back if you’re ordering from outside the country.
